Do you have trampolines?

Yes, we do! Plus lots of other fun attractions for you to enjoy like Soft Play, Dodgeball Arena, and, Stunt Zone.

Do I need to book in advance?

Some activities require you to pre-book. We strongly recommend you to book online if possible.

How much does it cost?

Sessions start from as little as £12.95

Can I bring my own socks?

Guests must use Flip Out grip socks when bouncing.

Is there parking?

We are located in Lakeside Shopping Centre, we reccomend using multi storey Car Park 10! We are also located right next to the Lakeside main bus terminal and Chafford Hundred Train station.

Do you have lockers?

Lockers are available

How old do you have to be?

The minimum age for participation in our attractions is 18 months. Children of 11 years and under must have a parent or guardian on-site at all times. If you're between 12-18 years old your parent or guardian must complete a waiver for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park. All under 5s must be accompanied by a fully paying adult at all times when in the arena, but the adults don't have to bounce.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and to watch our safety briefing.

What should I wear?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce without a pair!

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.

Can I come and just watch?

Spectators can watch from our café.

Is there a weight limit?

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 125kg.

Can I cancel my booking?

You shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. You will have a 24-hour window from the point of payment where you will be entitled to a full refund, if the booking allows for this. Any cancellations occurring after this 24-hour period will only be offered to transfer to another date. No refunds will be issued. If you book within 24 hours of the booking date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund and will only be able to move your booking or receive a credit note for the amount paid.

Is it safe?

Before your session you will watch a safety briefing giving the do's and don'ts of the Trampoline Arena. The staff are first aid trained and on site at all times to keep you and others safe.
