Do you have trampolines?

No, but we do have Bumper Cars, Mini Golf, Laser Quest, Ninja Tag, Soft Play and an Inflatable which are all included within the entry price!

Do I need to book in advance?

No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot. Although our arena is huge and filled with lots of attractions, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible.

How much does it cost?

Sessions start from as little as £5.50

Is there parking?

The nearest car park, Alexandra Road Car Park,TW3 1BQ, is directly beneath us in the High Street quarter. The Blenheim Centre Car Park, 632 Prince Regent Rd, Hounslow TW3 1NN (1-2 minute walk). This car park is discounted if you spend £5 at the ASDA above.

Do you have lockers?

Yes we have lockers on-site that you can hire during your visit.

How old do you have to be?

Flip Out is suitable for all ages! Some of our attractions do have height/age restrictions though. Please check the 'Attractions & Features' page prior to visiting.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

What should I wear?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal.

Can I come and just watch?

Yes, every guest staying on site must purchase a ticket. For those staying and not bouncing, off-peak spectator tickets are £1, and peak spectator tickets are £1.50.

Can I cancel my booking?

You shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. You will have a 24-hour window from the point of payment where you will be entitled to a full refund*. Any cancellations occurring after this 24-hour period will only be offered to transfer to another date. No refunds will be issued. If you book within 24 hours of the booking date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund and will only be able to move your booking or receive a credit note for the amount paid.

Where are you located?

You can find us at Units 3, 4 & 5, High Street Quarter, 8 Smithy Lane, Hounslow, TW3 1EH. We're opposite Starbucks and next to Cineworld.

What public transport links are closest to you?

Hounslow Central is the closest tube station.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is lift access to all three floors.
