FAQs

Can I bring my own socks?

>NO—for safety reasons, all participants MUST wear Flip Out Pumped Up socks.
• Socks are included in some session packages.
• You can buy them online or on-site.
• They are reusable, so bring them back next time!

Is there parking?

>Yes! We have FREE on-site parking available.

What time should I arrive?

>To avoid missing out, please arrive:
- 30 minutes before your session to check in.
- 20 minutes before if you’re attending a birthday party.

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

>For insurance purposes, EVERY guest must complete and sign a waiver.
• Under 18? A parent or legal guardian must complete it for you.
• Aged 12-18? Your parent/guardian does not need to be present when you visit.

Where are you located?

>We’re at Mortimer Trading Centre, behind Halfords—just a short walk from Hereford city centre.

Can Adults Join the Party?

>Yes! Each of our Birthday Party packages includes 5 complimentary adults who can join in the fun on the inflatables.
To keep things safe, all participating adults must: Wear Flip Out socks, have valid signed waiver, Watch and understand the Safety Briefing Video

Very well organised from booking through to the party. Welcoming staff. Super food. Good value for money when you add up all that you get per child. Most chilled party I've ever organised. All I had to do was provide a birthday cake. They even cut it up and put it in the party bags! 100% recommend.
