Do I need to book in advance?

No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot. Although our arena is huge and filled with with loads of amazing inflatable activities, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible.

How much does it cost?

Our sessions start from as little as £7.95

Can I bring my own socks?

Participants must wear Flip Out Pumped Up socks. These are included in some of our session packages or you can purchase online/on-site.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have FREE, on-site parking available.

Do you have lockers?

Yes we have lockers on-site that you can use for FREE during your visit.

How old do you have to be?

Flip Out is suitable for all ages, if you can walk you can bounce! Under 5s must be accompanied on the inflatables by an adult at all times.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in. For Birthday party booking guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to your party start time to allow for check in.

What should I wear?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out Pumped Up socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce without a pair!

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are under 18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you. If you are between 12-18 years parent/guardian does not have to be present when you visit the park.

Can I come and just watch?

Of course! We have spectator tickets available for just £1 - which can be redeemed for £1 off anything you purchase in our Park View Café.

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children. Under 5s must be accompanied by an adult at all times on our equipment.

Is there a maximum weight limit?

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 125kg.

Can I cancel my booking?

You are entitled to cancel your booking at any time and you have a 24-hour window from the time of payment where you will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made after this window will be offered a date transfer, however no refunds will be issued. If your booking is made within 24 hours of the session date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund but you will be able to move your booking to another date or receive an account credit to be used at Flip Out Hereford in the future.

Is it safe?

Before you arrive for your session, you MUST watch our safety briefing video which gives you the dos and don'ts of our park. We have members of staff who are first aid trained on-site at all times to keep you and others safe.

Where are you located?

We're located on Mortimer Trading Centre, behind Halfords. We're walking distance from the city centre!

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our venue is completely accessible.

Do you have trampolines?

No, but we do have a Traversing Wall, Travellator, Wipeout, Free Fall, Inflatable Obstacle Course, Drop Slides, Arcades, Inflatable Football, and Soft Play, which are all included within the entry price!
