Do you have trampolines?

Yes, we do! Plus lots of other fun attractions for you to enjoy like Soft Play, Kids Stunt Zone, and, Ninja Obstacle Course.

Do I need to book in advance?

No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot. Although our arena is huge and filled with wall to wall trampolines, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible.

How much does it cost?

Sessions start from as little as £5

Can I bring my own socks?

Guests must use Flip Out grip socks when bouncing. It is a condition of entry to the arena that only Flip Out socks are permitted to be worn. Please pre-order your socks when booking online.

When are you open?

Please note that Flip Out Chichester runs to the public / private school term timetable.

Is there parking?

We have limited parking on site so please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your session time, but please do not park on double yellow lines or obstruct other businesses as a parking enforcement company is in action on the Industrial Estate and Flip Out will not be held responsible for any fines. During school holidays please consider car-sharing or park and walk in case the Flip Out car park is at capacity.

How old do you have to be?

Flip Out is suitable for all ages! Some of our attractions do have height/age restrictions though. Please check the 'Activities' page prior to visiting.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

What should I wear?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce without a pair!

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.

Is there a maximum weight limit?

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 125kg.

Can I cancel my booking?

You shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. You will have a 24-hour window from the point of payment where you will be entitled to a full refund*. Any cancellations occurring after this 24-hour period will only be offered to transfer to another date. No refunds will be issued. If you book within 24 hours of the booking date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund and will only be able to move your booking or receive a credit note for the amount paid.

Is it safe?

Before your session you will watch a safety briefing giving the do's and don'ts of the Trampoline Arena. The staff are first aid trained and on site at all times to keep you and others safe.
