Make sure you're all set and ready to Flip Out before you arrive:

Do you have trampolines?

No, but we do have Soft Play, Bumper Cars, Interactive Football, Laser Quest, an Inflatable Zone plus Toddler and Junior Soft Play. Your ticket gives you access to all of our amazing attractions!

How does it work?

That's easy! Your session wristband gives you access to use all of our attractions - they're all included in your ticket price.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Yes! The Broadway shopping has plenty of car parking spaces available. Flip Out customers receive 4 hours of free parking! Just let our reception team know your registration plate!

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot for you in your local arena, although our arena has lots to offer it can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online to secure your sessions.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED SESSIONS?

Yes, we have discounted sessions running Monday - Sunday for the whole family to enjoy. Check out our booking page for more details

HOW LONG BEFORE MY SESSION STARTS DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

All guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

To Flip Out you need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. Be aware that you'll need to be wearing closed toe shoes to use some of our attractions.

CAN I JUST COME AND WATCH?

Yes. Spectators tickets are available for £2.00, which will permit access to the spectating area where you can relax and enjoy a refreshment from the Flip Café.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?

Flip Out is suitable from walking age! Some of our attractions do have height/age restrictions though. Please check the 'Activities' page prior to visiting. All children age 4 and under must be supervised by a paying adult and all children under 12 must be acompanied by an adult on site.
