FAQs

What time should I arrive?

>All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

>For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

>We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.
