Do I need to book in advance?

No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot for you in your local arena, although our arenas are huge and filled with wall to wall attractions, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary from park to park, so please check local park before your visit!

Why do I need to wear Flip Out grip socks?

Flip Out Grip socks have been specially designed to increase grip on our trampolines, reducing the risk of injury - especially on our wall trampolines. The cost of a pair of Flip Out socks varies from park to park so please check with your local prior to arrival.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, some parks have lockers or cubby holes. We advise you to bring a £1 coin for the lockers, some stores will take a £5 deposit for use of the lockers. Please check with your store before visiting to see what facility they offer.

How safe is it?

Before your session you will watch a safety briefing giving the do's and don'ts of the Trampoline Arena. The staff are first aid trained and on site at all times to keep you and others safe.

How old do you have to be to jump?

All ages are welcome to Flip Out. Children of 11 years and under must have a parent or guardian on-site at all times. If you're between 12-18 years old your parent of guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park. At the Preston branch, adults will need to be present at all times. All under 5's must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the arena, but the adults don't have to bounce. Charges apply at some branches for adults.

How long before my jump time starts do I need to arrive?

All Flippers must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and watch our safety briefing.

What should I wear?

To Flip Out you need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to Flip Out without a pair! (Purchase information explained in following FAQ).

Do you accept groups in the form of Schools, Clubs, Charities or Youth groups?

Yes! Get in touch with your local arena to organise! This is dependant on availability. And we are not able to offer concessions during holiday periods.

Why do I need to sign a waiver before heading out to Flip Out?

For insurance purposes, every Flipper must have a completed and signed waiver from the Flip Out location they are Flipping at. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park. At some of our store's children aged 11 years and under must have a parent or guardian on-site at all times. At Preston branch, adults will need to be present at all times.

Can I just come and watch?

Yes, however some parks may charge a small spectator fee. Please check with your local park before visiting.

What is the minimum age to Flip Out?

Anyone is welcome, if you can walk, you can flip! All under 5's must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the arena.

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Is there a maximum weight limit?

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 125kg.

Can I cancel my booking?

You shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. You will have a 24-hour window from the point of payment where you will be entitled to a full refund*. Any cancellations occurring after this 24-hour period will only be offered to transfer to another date. No refunds will be issued. *If you book within 24 hours of the booking date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund and will only be able to move your booking or receive a credit note for the amount paid.
